The speakers also discussed about improving employee Communication, rebuilding pride. The speakers also underlined the growing role of technology and stressed that HR leaders should be comfortable with technology driven environment as it has reshaped the working of many functions.
The summit discussed emerging trend in recruitment where Talent Management, Supply Chain Management ( interfacing with education institutes, vocational centres), globalize, measurement and benchmarks have become very critical. The summit really helped us gain first hand knowledge of many global trends in HR function.”
